1. Return and Exchange Period
   All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
   Products older than 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange, but we can still provide after-sales support or repair recommendations.
2. Return Requirements
   Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
   All accessories, labels, and gifts must be returned with the product.
   Special promotions and discounts may not be eligible for returns; please refer to the product page for details.

   Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the product is damaged). Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the item as instructed.
   After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
4. Refund Instructions
   Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
   Shipping costs for returns not related to quality issues are the customer’s responsibility.
   Returns due to quality issues or incorrect items will be covered by our return shipping costs.
5. Exchange Instructions
   If you require an exchange, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
   If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive an item with quality issues, damage, or incorrect items, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide photos.
   We will prioritize an exchange or full refund and cover all shipping costs.
